2016.07.11 WEDDING AS A GIFT 2016

The second season of the amazing project "Wedding as a Gift 2" has come to an end. As expected, it concluded with a marriage ceremony deserving of the title "Wedding of the Year" in Zhytomyr! The numbers speak for themselves: over 21,000 users of the social network "VKontakte" voted for the project participants, over 800 SMS messages were sent to special voting numbers. Additionally, hundreds of Zhytomyr residents personally came to cheer for their favorite couple at the final concert, knowing that the most active support group would also receive points. In short, the battle for a wedding gift with a budget of 200,000 UAH was spectacular and uncompromising! As a result, couple No. 7, Natalia and Sergey, emerged as the winners!

Just like in the first season of the project, the Ukrainian fashion designer Margarita Kozak took on the task of creating a wedding dress for the lucky bride who won the wedding as a gift. She created a bridal gown that embodied all the distinctive features of the designer's signature style – original ideas, high-quality craftsmanship, exquisite handmade embellishments, and a perfect fit.

A special transformer wedding dress was created specifically for the project winner, which consisted of a mini dress, a floor-length transparent skirt, and a nine feet long tulle train.

The base of the outfit is a short wedding dress with a lace bodice adorned with voluminous flowers in delicate shades of pink and blue, which are trendy this year. The same colors were used to embellish the transparent long skirt, adding a special delicacy to the bride's image. Furthermore, the bride's impactful entrance to the groom and wedding guests was ensured by a long tulle train carried by the flower girls. By the way, Margarita Kozak also provided two children's and two adult bridesmaids' dresses. According to the designer's concept, the bridesmaids dresses were sewn in blue and pink colors to correspond to the 3D decor on the bodice and hem of the bride's dress.
