Spring/Summer 2010 Ballad about Happiness
The pret-a-porter collection "Ballad about Happiness" became the second collaboration between Margaryta Kozak and Tatiana Garmatiuk.
The collection is characterized by vibrant originality and a refusal to adhere to commonly accepted standards. The designers offer a new image that combines comfort and theatricality.
The inspiration for creating the collection came from the fashion of the Renaissance era and its key principle: attracting attention not through the exposure of the body, but through skillfully placed accents. In the "Ballad about Happiness," there is no excessive extravagance; the body and the dress form a harmonious and flexible unity, with individuality taking the honored first place.
The collection features the use of natural fabrics, fur, and semi-precious stones. Some items are entirely handcrafted.
The collection was specifically created to participate in LVIV FASHION WEEK, held on October 23-25, 2009.
