SPRING/SUMMER 2011 INTERWEAVING OF EPOCHS
In the pret-a-porter collection "Interweaving of Epochs" Margaryta Kozak intertwines two fashion epochs that are a hundred years apart.
The designer introduces modern silhouettes and fashionable natural fabrics into the collection from our time. From the classical fashion of the late 19th century, she incorporates rich lace embellishments and a color palette that is reminiscent of old photos. Playing with unexpected combinations, the designer creates elegant everyday clothing for successful women who are not accustomed to hiding their vibrant individuality from others.
Based on the ideas developed in the "Interweaving of Epochs" collection, Margaryta Kozak designed costumes for the monoplay "Sad Play" at the Kharkiv Youth Drama Theatre.
