On February 2015, Margarita Kozak's "Polissya" clothing collection, creatively interpreting the Ukrainian national costume, was showcased at New York Fashion Week.
As part of the National Tour by the Fashion Globus Ukraine project, featuring renowned Ukrainian fashion designers, the collection also had presentations in Kiev, Kharkiv, Odessa, and Dnipro.
The distinctive ethnic style in which Margarita Kozak designs traditional Ukrainian costumes with a modern twist has appealed to many enthusiasts!
Among the numerous interesting projects involving the "Polissya" clothing collection throughout the year, a unique film photoshoot stood out, conducted by the talented fashion photographer Maxim Sidorenko.
Maxim assembled a fantastic creative team, featuring models from MSS Management Lera Mayboroda, Anya Babich, and Lisa Kravchenko. The makeup was done by the makeup artists Olga Nedobychuk and Yulia Evstratenko.
The artistic post-processing of the photos in an ethnic style was done by the artist Maria Kobylinskaya.
The result of this collaborative creative work exceeded all expectations - one of the resulting art pieces was published in VOGUE ITALIA!
Furthermore, the entire photoset became an illustration for Margarita Kozak's interview in the online magazine “Aurora Magazine”.
